Ingredients: Bancha green tea, chun mei green tea, ginger root, orange peel, dried peaches, marigold petals and natural fruit flavoring

Brewing Instructions: Brew 1.5 teaspoons/8 oz. of water at 175 degrees Fahrenheit allowing it to steep for 1 minutes for full flavor and benefits. For iced tea simply double the amount of tea used during brewing and steep with the same amount and temperature of hot water, and when finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.

I have tried many shops on Etsy and local tea shops. Nelson Teas are my favorite bar none. Their blueberry and blackberry black teas are great. When I smell the bag I want to jump in!
