How do I care for silver or gold plate?

You treat silver or gold plate like you would sterling silver: -Keep jewelry dry. -Do NOT use wet polishing cloths or dips. -When not being worn store in air tight bag to lengthen life of jewelry. -If tarnish develops use a dry silver polishing cloth.

How long till my item arrives?

All items are shipped for free using USPS first class. All items will be shipped same or following business day (depending of time of purchase). Most items shipped first class USPS arrive in 2-5 days.

Custom and personalized orders

Can you change length?

I can change the length of anklets, bracelets, necklaces, and lanyards. To request a custom length: 1) Add item to cart 2) In your cart under the item total you will see a text box labeled “Add note to By Brenda Elaine” 3) Just type in what length you want and place order

What if tracking shows as delivered, but I do not receive my item?

Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.

-Lanyard features a silver Celtic knot pendant suspended from a beautiful silver plated chain that has Celtic Knots interspersed throughout. The Celtic Knots are hand shaped and hammered. The ring at the end is removable so it can be used with just the hook as well.

-Measures: This lanyard has a standard circumference of 32 inches plus the pendant and lanyard clasp adds another 3 inches. Can be easily slid over head or put on with use of rear clasp.

-To request a custom length:
1) Add lanyard to cart

-2 rear clasp selections:
1) Lobster Clasp- For those who prefer to put it on using a clasp rather than pulling overhead.

I really like this lanyard -- it's beautiful, well-made, and just the right length. My only tiny gripe is that I wish the clip that holds the badge is bigger. I had a hard plastic badge cover, and it was too big for the clip. Other than that, it's great.
