Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges—whether the product is personalized or not. If there’s any issue with your order or it’s not what you expected, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

When will my order arrive? What happens if my package is delayed?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by 2–5 business days for shipping via a U.S. carrier. Each package is carefully packed, and you will receive a valid tracking number to follow your order’s progress. Once we hand your package to the carrier, it’s out of our hands. Please note that holidays, weather, or courier issues may occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Do you ship internationally or offer expedited or free shipping options?

We ship all orders within the USA. Currently, international shipping, expedited shipping and free shipping options are not available.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Do you offer order protection or insurance?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. It is very important to send clear, detailed photos showing the damage to both the item and the packaging, as these are essential for us to assist you. Without these photos, unfortunately, we cannot help with claims. Orders up to $250 are covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection program. You can submit a claim to the shipping carrier (usually USPS) online for reimbursement up to $250. To file a claim, you must keep the packaging intact as proof. Some carriers may also require proof of disposal of damaged items.

How do digital orders work?

Digital items are sent by message as high-resolution printable files. No physical product is shipped. For custom digital orders (like illustrations or patterns), we include 1–2 preview rounds so you can give feedback. Once you approve the final version, no further edits can be made. Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable.

Can I print or share your designs with others?

No. All of our designs—whether physical or digital—are protected by copyright. They’re for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes (including on products, advertising, or branding) without prior written permission. If you’re interested in licensing, feel free to contact us.
