Can I use your printables for commercial purposes?

You may not reproduce, redistribute, share, or sell these files in any form. However, you are welcome to sell the printables as part of a finished product, but only in printed form. If you do, I'd really appreciate it if you would tag the shop.

I have a problem with printing or downloading. What can I do?

I printed the file, and it doesn't look like it should. What’s wrong?

First, let's check if the problem is with the digital file or your printer settings: ● Zoom In on the Digital File: Open the file on your computer and zoom in. If the image appears sharp and detailed on your screen, the issue is likely with the printer. ● Printer Settings: Ensure you're printing at 100% or "Actual Size." Changing the scale during printing can distort the image, affecting the quality. Also, double-check your printer settings, cartridges, and resolution. If you're sure the problem lies with the files themselves, please contact me with as many details as possible about the issue, and I will do everything I can to assist you.

Why does my printed version look blurry or different from the screen?

If your file appears detailed when zoomed in but looks blurry when printed, it might be a printer issue. Try printing the file on a different printer, as different machines can have varying print quality. For example, I've tested a collection on my old office printer and a local print shop printer. While my office printer struggles with detail, the print shop’s machine provides crisp results, even on small-scale prints like 1:12. Also, keep in mind that colors might appear differently on your screen compared to the printed version due to display settings and printer color calibration. If you're still convinced the issue is with the files themselves, feel free to get in touch, and I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot and resolve it.

My printables include two types of designs: some are completely original and made from scratch, and others are based on existing images that I've carefully sourced, edited, and adapted for miniature use. For adapted designs, you're paying for the time and effort I put into making them work for dollhouses and dioramas. Original copyrights for those source materials remain with their creators. Buying these printables doesn't give you ownership or copyright to the designs - however, you are welcome to sell the printables as part of a finished product. Just please don't resell or share the digital files themselves.
