Please note that the skirts feature an elastic waistband. For the best fit, choose a size with a waist measurement a few centimetres smaller than the child’s actual waist measurement so the skirt fits securely.

ELASTIC CHIN STRAP

Each party hat comes with an elastic chin strap to help keep it in place.

The elastic is intentionally supplied longer to allow adjustments for different head sizes. Simply tie a small knot to achieve the desired fit.

To help your fairy wings last as long as possible, please follow these care instructions.

Storage

• Avoid heat and direct sunlight. UV light and heat gradually degrade the rubber arm bands, causing them to become brittle, sticky, or break over time. Rubber is a natural material and will naturally deteriorate with age.

• Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Humidity can affect the fabric, glue, and other materials, gradually weakening them over time.

• For long-term storage, keep your fairy wings in an airtight bag to help reduce exposure to oxygen and moisture.

Wearing Your Fairy Wings

• Avoid overstretching the elastic. Store the wings loosely to help prevent premature fraying and loss of elasticity.

• Always choose the correct size. Adults should not wear children’s fairy wings, as the elastic is designed specifically for a child’s shoulder width and may become damaged if overstretched, even by a smaller adult.

• Keep the wings completely dry. Do not allow the wings or elastic to become wet. Moisture can weaken the materials and reduce their longevity.

• Choose an age-appropriate wing size. Oversized wings are more likely to become damaged during active play, as children naturally love to run, climb, and explore.

Due to the delicate nature of the lace and wing construction, they are not designed for rough or prolonged everyday play. With proper care, they can be enjoyed for many years.
