All my items are handmade to order, so it may take up to 5 business days to prepare your item before shipment. I am closed on weekends and all holidays. I do strive to get my orders out as quickly as possible to keep a quick turnaround time. ❥ Available Shipping Options:
I offer several options through the USPS for shipping. Shipping time is calculated after the time needed to create your topper. You will choose your shipping option during checkout:

❥ First Class mail: is auto-populated standard shipping method and typically takes 1-8 business days to receive but could be longer if the USPS is experiencing delays in their delivery. First class mail does not guarantee a delivery date once an order has shipped.

❥ Priority mail: typically takes 1-3 business days for shipping but priority mail also does not guarantee a delivery date as well as with first class mail. If the USPS is experiencing delays in their delivery your package could take longer to receive.

❥ Priority Express mail: this option is guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days. This option is also the most expensive option the USPS offers but the only option that is guaranteed in a delivery window.

I currently do not ship internationally. All delivery estimates are approximate from the USPS in checkout and I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive once I have dropped it off with the post office. Tracking is provided through the USPS with every order so that you can keep tabs on the expected delivery date. Depending on the weather during certain times of the year, there could be delays!

❥ Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages:
Tracking is provided through the USPS with each order so that both you and I can keep tabs on your order from start to delivery. Unfortunately, sometimes instances arise through the USPS that is out of my control. Your local post office or mail delivery person can give you more info on your delivery as well. Since tracking is provided to you and if your order is confirmed delivered to the address that you submitted during checkout, I cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.
