RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds are offered only in cases where the product does not match the description or specifications. If the issue is determined to be our fault, you may choose between: 1. A full refund of the purchase price. 2. Receiving a replacement item free of charge. Please note that refunds are not provided for reasons outside these conditions, such as a change of mind or incorrect information provided by the buyer.

If the package has arrived and you were unable to pick it up, we offer three options: 1. Pay for re-shipping to have your order sent again. 2.
