PROCESSING TIME — How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our current fulfillment time will be listed on every product page in our store and always reflects our current leadtime. Under normal circumstances, we need 1-3 business days to make & ship your order. If it's a sale period, or a 3-day weekend or holiday, please allow extra time for us to ship your order. Business days are Monday through Friday (and do not include the weekend or major holidays).

REGULAR + FREE SHIPPING includes a tracking link / estimated delivery within: ► USPS Ground Advantage (all U.S. States) — 3-7 business days ► USPS First Class International — 2-6 weeks (for most countries) EXPEDITED SHIPPING ► USPS Priority Mail — 1-3 Day Delivery (Mon-Sat) ► FedEx 2Day — 2 Day Delivery (Mon-Sat) ► UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) ► UPS Next Day Air — 1 Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) ► DHL Worldwide Express (2-4 Days) ***Purchasing an EXPEDITED shipping upgrade guarantees that your order will be shipped within 24 hrs of purchase.***

MAKING CHANGES — Is there time to change my address or order details?

We do our best to ship orders quickly. In order to request a change to either your shipping address or order details, please message us within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of securing the change(s). Be specific about the details of your change request to avoid delays. Once we receive your message, we will reply promptly to confirm whether or not the change is still feasible. Note: If your order has been delivered to the post office, we have no way to re-direct the package to a different address. In these cases, your best option is to place a new order with the correct shipping address. If the original package is returned to us (and is not a custom item), we will refund the original item(s).

SIZE OPTIONS — What collar sizes do you sell?

► KITTEN (6-10" NECK SIZE) Fits kittens + smaller adult cats (approx. 4-10 lbs) ► ADULT CAT (8-13") Fits average-sized + slightly larger cats (~8-18 lbs) ► XL CAT (12-16") Fits bigger or fluffier cats (~18+ lbs) ► TINY DOG (6-10") Fits most teacup & miniature dog breeds and small puppies (~2-4 lbs). Includes D-ring (instead of round split ring used on cat collars). ► MINI DOG (8-13") Fits most small dog breeds (~4-10 lbs) including: Chihuahua, Mini Dachshund, Papillon, Maltese, Pomeranian, Mini/Toy Poodle, Shih Tzu, Mini Schnauzer, Yorkshire Terrier, etc. Includes D-ring. ► SMALL DOG (12-16") Fits small dogs including: Beagle, Jack Russel Terrier, Boston Terrier, French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel, Poodle, Pug, etc. Includes D-ring.

SIZE ADVICE — What size do you think I should get?

Customers often ask for recommendations on a collar size based on the weight, age, or breed of their pet. We can try to help you make an educated guess with this info, but the surest, recommended advice is to MEASURE your pet's neck before ordering. ► HOW TO MEASURE: If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, you can wrap a piece of string around your pet's neck (not tight, but snug) to find out the length you need — then measure the string used, next to a straight ruler or tape. ► IF YOUR PET IS IN BETWEEN SIZES, first - pick either size & add the collar to the cart. At Checkout, you can include a 'Note to MadeByCleo', to let us know your pet's neck size. We'll customize the size as needed for optimal fit.

HARDWARE COLOR — Can I get gold instead of silver hardware shown (or vice versa)?

Yes, we can easily accommodate any hardware color changes (gold vs. silver OR silver vs. gold) since all of our collars are made to order. ► To request gold hardware collar accents (or vice versa, depending on whatever is the default color shown for a particular collar style) -- simply add your hardware color request in the 'Note to MadeByCleo' message box (located on the cart page before checkout).

BUCKLE COLOR — Can I get a white buckle instead of the black one shown (or vice versa)?

Yes, we can accommodate a substitution request for a white buckle instead of the black one shown (or black instead of white), since all of our collars are made to order. We do not offer other colors aside from black & white however. Both options are available in breakaway and non-breakaway versions (both look virtually identical to what you see used in the collars photos but obviously will function differently). ► If you'd like to get the collar buckle clasp upgraded to gold or silver metal, please purchase the metal buckle upgrade option (link below) in addition to the collar. These collars are the highest quality that I have found on Etsy and are an excellent price for the craftsmanship needed to make them. I can tell they are made with love by the wonderful customer service I received. I have 4 Maine Coons and each a different size, but working with this seller has been a dream and now my kitties are looking ultra cute and ready for the holiday season in their new collars! I will tell everyone I know to take a look at her patterns and sway them towards this small business rather than the big box store collars. I will for sure be a repeat customer! 5 stars!
