Our pads are made with certified organic muslin cotton on the top and bottom layers. Inside, we use soft cotton flannel for absorption. For waterproof options, we use a certified PFAS-free leakproof fabric. 🌿

2. Are your fabrics safe?

Yes! All fabrics are certified and free from PFAS and other harmful chemicals. Certificates are available upon request.

3. How long do your pads last?

With proper care, reusable pads can last 3–5 years or even longer.

4. How do I wash and care for them?

Cold wash (30–40°C) with mild detergent, air dry. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners.

5. Which size should I choose?

XS (7") – light flow or daily liner S (8") – light/medium flow M (9") – medium flow L (11") – heavy flow XL (13") – very heavy flow or overnight

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong or defective item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Ukraine. Delivery times vary by destination.

8. Who pays import duties and tariffs?

For US buyers, our prices are tariff-inclusive (DDP) — no extra fees at delivery. For other countries, buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.

The package took a long time to get here but not the fault of the seller! It’s at in Richmond Va (90 miles from me) for 9 days! Totally the fault of US reduced postal service. We know who to blame for that.
