What products do you sell?

Printable Pear Designs sells digital downloads only: planners, trackers, templates, guides, certificates, hosting files, and personality-led printables for work, home admin, events, and everyday life. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I access my digital downloads?

After payment is confirmed, sign in at Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser. Open Purchases and Reviews, find your order and select Download Files. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded in the Etsy app. Guest buyers can use the download link in their receipt email. If your order includes a ZIP, extract it before opening the files. For an editable template, open the included PDF access guide and follow its template link. Message me through Etsy if you need help.

Can I customize the items I buy?

Custom design services are not offered. Products explicitly described as editable can be personalized by you using the app and instructions named in that listing. Standard printable PDFs and wall art are supplied as finished files. Check the product description for what you can change before purchasing.

How do I print my digital items?

Use the file and paper size named in your listing or included guide. For worksheets, select Actual Size or 100% unless the product instructions say otherwise, and test one page before printing the full set. Art prints should use the file size or aspect ratio that matches your frame. Print at home or through a print service; paper, ink, frames and printing services are not included. Colors can vary by screen, paper and printer.

Can I get a refund on digital products?

Digital products can't be returned (they're kind of already in your hands), so no refunds. But if something's genuinely wrong with your file, message me and we'll figure it out.

How do I use a planner or resume template?

Check the individual listing and included instructions for the exact file type. Standard printable PDFs are designed for printing and handwriting unless the listing explicitly says they are fillable. For an editable Canva or other template, use the supplied template link and the named app. Edit only the fields supported by that product, then export or print as instructed.

Are your designs suitable for framing?

Yes, the wall art files can be printed and framed. Check the individual listing for the exact print sizes and aspect ratios before buying a frame. Choose the matching file and avoid stretching the artwork; a different ratio may need cropping or a mat. Prints, frames and mats are not included with a digital download.

Can I share or resell the digital products?

No, all digital products are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed in any way.

Do you offer customer support?

Yep! Got questions or something's not working? Message me. I'm a real person and I actually read these.
