These spoon using natural raw lacquer and traditional Chinese lacquer techniques.
The process involves several meticulous steps:
First, raw lacquer is applied and allowed to cure in a shaded area. Then, layers of ash are applied, cured, and polished. This process of applying ash and polishing is repeated three times, after which raw lacquer is applied again and cured. Following this, 10 to 15 layers of lacquer are meticulously applied.
Once the lacquering process is complete, gold accents are added to the chopsticks and the chopstick rests. After curing, a transparent lacquer layer is applied, cured, and polished.
Finally, the chopsticks undergo three rounds of wiping and polishing to achieve a smooth and radiant finish, completing the entire procedure.
