All purchases are shipped within 1 to 3 days. All our shipments are trackable. Delivery estimates are taken from when the item is shipped and not when the order is placed. Shipping messages will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up to Etsy.

Orders are shipped by UK post. Shipping ESTIMATES are:
US/Canada - 7 - 21 days
Europe - 4 - 12 days
UK - 1 - 3 working days (1st class Recorded Delivery)
Rest of world - 7 - 28 days

IMPORTANT - Please remember that international mail can on occasions be subject to delays. Please allow up to 30 days for your item to arrive before contacing us. Also remember that shipping times are taken from when the order is dispatched.

Some delays might be related to the receiving end postal.

Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for Special Delivery (trackable) we cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be.

Trackable Services:

Items labelled "Expedited shipping" will ship via UPS and require a phone number for posting. Not providing a phone number at checkout will delay shipping. Any item can be upgraded to expedited shipping, an option which you will need to contact us for!

Shipping times are not exact and vary depending on customs, speed service chosen, security, weather, holidays, strikes, and other factors beyond our control!

Please make sure that your address is correct. Any items which are returned due to an incorrect address will be re-posted at the buyer's expense. If the buyer no longer wants the returned item, the cost of the item, but not the postage will be refunded.

Because most packages will need to be signed for, we are unable to post to PO Boxes.
