RETURNS And Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message me. The response is usually within one to two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return an item, at no fault of the seller, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received. If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and no refund from the seller is forthcoming.

Item Arrived Damaged: A replacement will be shipped if one is available instead of a refund

If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;
1. pictures of the damaged item
2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing any damage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph the inside shipping box as well
3. All wrapping
4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Lynnandgail. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS)., etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to LynnandGail. No resolution will be made until LynnandGail receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer is responsible for helping file a claim).
