Can I cancel my Order?

We process orders very quickly, Monday to Friday. If your order has been placed and you wish to cancel, please message us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't yet been collected by our postal courier, we may be able to remove it from the days collection. Once an order has been collected from us, we unfortunately wouldn't be able to cancel the delivery.

Can I return an Item?

We do accept returns on items if you ordered by mistake or changed your mind. Please package the item in the same packaging or equivalent to protect it during transit back to us. Items that arrive back to us damaged will be subject to a reduction in refund. Please pop a note in with your return clearly showing your order number, so we know who's return we have received. The buyer is resposible for the return postage costs in these instances. Our return address can be found on the postage label from the original packaging.

My order has arrived damaged, can you help?

Of course! We do our best to package items to avoid any damage during transit, however these things do happen. Please message us as soon as you receive a damaged order and include clear images of the damaged item/s with the packaging, postage label and invoice visible. We will work with you to come to a resolution. Please don't return the order to us without contacting us first.

GSM stands for grams per square metre, which is the metric measurement for the weight and density of paper. The higher the gsm, the thicker the paper/card. 70–90 gsm: Thin paper used for standard office printing, photocopying, and notebooks. 100–120 gsm: Smoother, higher-quality paper used for letterheads, reports, and quality notepads. 130–150 gsm: Glossy or matte paper used for lightweight flyers, posters, and takeaway menus. 200–300 gsm: Stiff paper or light card used for magazine covers, high-end brochures, and art prints. 300–450+ gsm: Heavy cardstock used for business cards, luxury packaging, and wedding invitations. Vellum is slightly different, where a heavyweight 150-200gsm vellum is classed as high quality for wedding Invitations.

I saw these cards by chance, as I was in this shop to buy something else. I'm blown away by the quality of the cards actually. The kraft grain is very beautiful as in handmade paper and the cards are thick and sturdy.
