- Our rugs are suitable for machine washing in 30°C warm water without squeezing.
- If the size or model you want is not available in my store, please contact me. Because what my store's graphic design team can do will really surprise you.
- We offer you models and patterns that will change the appearance of your home or office.
- Please note that the overlock colors applied to the edges of our carpets may vary depending on the model or pattern.
- Please note that there may sometimes be differences between the digital image and the real image.

- If you are in Europe, delivery is usually within 3-5 business days
- If you are in America or Canada, delivery is usually within 3-7 business days.
- For other locations, delivery is usually within 2-9 business days
- There may be a slight delay in these delivery times depending on the special conditions of the address.



RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Our rugs are made to order, that is, specially produced for you.
- Necessary precautions are taken during the production of our rugs and necessary checks are made before shipping. However, sometimes there may be some errors due to production. Unfortunately, we cannot respond positively to requests for return and exchange other than these errors due to production.
- As stated above, overlock colors may vary depending on the model. This change is not a reason for return or exchange.
