Please provide correct shipping address at purchase.

Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

My package shows delivery but it's not in my mailbox

Please check with your mailman to see if they mis-delivered the package. You can leave a note in your mailbox with the tracking number, often they will remember where it was delivered. I can let you know what the package looked like so you will know what you are looking for. It is better to ask your mailman sooner rather than later. I am not responsible for lost packages that show delivery. If you would like to add insurance to the postage you will need to ask before purchase. I can help file an insurance claim in the event that a package is lost and is insured.
