Large Bowls are 2.8 inches tall, by 7 inches wide Small Bowls are 2 inches tall, by 4 inches wide It is your responsibility as a pet parent to make sure these sizes will suit your pet's needs. We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to the purchase of the incorrect size.

BOWLS: Due to the unpredictability of dishwasher soaps effectiveness and harshness, it is recommended that you handwash the bowls. We love using hot water with antibacterial Dawn dish soap. MATS: Shake off excess food. Use a wet microfiber cloth. Wipe affected area and surrounding areas, so it dries evenly. You can also toss in the washer, on gentle cycle with cold water. Let air dry. COIR MATS: Shake off or vacuum. Do not use water as it can alter the color or the coir and possibly the color.

Gift wrapping and Gift Messages

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping services. For gift messages, currently we are only able to add a very small message on the mailing label.

My bowl arrived broken or the print is messed up, what do I do?

No problem! Send us a picture of the item WITHIN 7 days of receipt and we'll send you a new one at no cost to you!

Can update my shipping address AFTER I placed my order?

If you can let us know within several hours after placing the order, we can change the order. After 6 hours, we design your custom order and send it to our professional printer that will then ship your product out once your order is complete. After that, there is no guarantee. We apologize for the inconvenience.
