What is our handling time?

A handling time in our shop is 3-5 business days. We need approximately 7-10 business days to print the cases while holidays, big sales days, and quarantines.

How long does the shipping takes?

Shipping time can differ, but, as a rule. domestic orders need 3-7 business days to be delivered. For international orders a shipping time can take 2-4 weeks.

What if you don't like the case?

Please, don't be shy and message us if you don't like/don't need the case and we will discuss this situation.

What if the case is defective?

Please, take a photo of the case and describe the issue. We will message you as soon as possible to help.

What Macbook/iPad model should you choose?

If you are not sure what model do you need to choose, please, check the model number of your device (the last image in each listing will help to find it). There are model numbers in the description to each listing so you can check the model number before the purchase. If there any issues/you don't see the a model number of your device, please, message us and we will help.

Printing time:

All cases are made to order.

Please allow approximately 3~5 business days of printing lead time. Handling time may differ, you can check current handling time at the item description or message us :)

Shipping time:

Delivery time across the USA takes up to 3–5 days. For abroad orders, it may vary from 1 to 4 weeks. Delays are possible due to winter holidays or natural disasters. The shop can not be responsible for the shipping process.

Please, check your address on Etsy profile before making a purchase. We’ll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless I receive the request in a conversation.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

Refunds & Exchanges:

All cases can be exchanged and refunded (EXCEPT customized).

The buyer is responsible for any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange. The shop will keep the shipping price if the case is returned back to the shop.

Customized cases are refundable, only if there is a problem with the case. Please send us a photo of what’s wrong, and we will try to figure out how to rectify it.

The price of the case can be refunded once it is returned.

Please, DO NOT CLEAN the case with abrasives or alcohol, it may spoil the print. All elements of the image are printed.
