Exclusive license for this specific seamless repeat pattern design, only for fabric printing

This product contains an exclusive license to print this seamless design on fabric to use in your (kids) fashion label, to produce items with my fabric designs.

Please Note !

***If you order the seamless pattern, you get the license in the category "fabric", what means you get the exclusive right to let the design print only on fabrics that will be processed into apparel, textiles, clothes, accessories, ... .

***As a fabric store, to sell my designs as fabric (yards/meters/coupons), you are required to purchase the additional fabric shop license. (see section "licenses")

***Resizing the file by yourself, is allowed. Recoloring the file by yourself, is not allowed. If needed I can (if the file format allows it) rescale or recolor the file for you : order a rescaling or recoloring.

This design will exclusively be used by you. I can assure that you will not see this design on any other fashion brand. However, the copyrights stay in hands of the designer, who has the right to let print the design on other products than fabric. (see the weekly planner for creative entrepreneurs or other stationary, or wallpaper or other surfaces)
