Can I get combined shipping?

Combined postage costs are calculated automatically at the checkout, but if you are interested in placing a large order please get in touch first for a more accurate shipping cost.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Most orders are not sent via tracked delivery, unless it is a larger order. This is because international postage can be expensive and I try to keep the costs as low as possible. Tracked shipping is an optional extra you can pay for at the checkout, or you can get in touch with me so that I can calculate exactly how much your tracked shipping would be.

Why is my postage so expensive?

I calculate all the shipping costs based on the weight of the item, I do my best to make all the costs as accurate as possible. As I am based in the UK some destinations such as the USA and Australia are expensive to ship to, particularly for heavier items. If you are placing an order for several items and the shipping seems too much please get in touch to get a more accurate price, as it is difficult to set the combined shipping to automatically come out accurately every time.

Wholesale availability

I do sell my items to shops so please get in touch for a list of my wholesale prices, or visit my personal website www.lyndseygreen.co.uk to view my catalogue.

Can I get a larger or custom size print?

I am happy to take requests for larger prints of most of my illustrations, but some of my older pictures may be too small to print much bigger than A3. I have to order custom prints in so please get in touch to discuss the options.

Custom and personalised orders

I am currently taking commissions but please bear in mind that if you request an item such as a greeting card featuring a new design that it is the artwork you are paying for - please don't expect to pay the same price as a standard item. Designs can take several days of hard work to create and I charge accordingly. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss possibilities.

Will Brexit affect my order?

I am based in the UK so customers in Europe may now be charged a customs fee when receiving their order. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience, but this is unfortunately out of my control and you are responsible for paying any fees. Fees will depend on your country, please check this first if you are unsure.

Who is your EU Responsible Person?

My EU Responsible Person for product safety compliance is EU Compliance Partner, located at Pärnu mnt. 139b – 14, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia. For any inquiries, please visit www.eucompliancepartner.com.

Due to the tariff changes coming into force on 24th July I have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA. I have a lot of upcoming events over the next month so I will be away from home a lot, but I hope to update my shop and resume shipping to the USA as soon as I can. Thanks so much for your patience.

From 1st July 2026, new import fees are being applied to parcels entering the EU. As these fees are currently very varied and unclear I have temporarily suspended shipping to the EU until I'm able to confidently charge the correct fees required for posting. In the meantime if you're interested in placing an order to the EU please feel free to get in touch and I can attempt to calculate what fees would need paying upfront.

These tote bags are made from 100% organic and Fairtrade cotton, and feature my spotted hyena illustration printed on the front of the bag. Ethically produced from crop to completion, these handy bags could be used for anything from doing your weekly shop to carrying your sketchbook on an adventure - a great alternative to single use plastics!

They are printed in the UK onto organic cotton. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification ensures that this product is made from organic cotton grown without harmful chemicals, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. The entire production process, from harvesting to manufacturing and labelling, adheres to strict ecological and social criteria.

They also carry the Fairtrade Cotton Mark. Fairtrade certification guarantees that the cotton used in this product is sourced from farmers who receive fair wages and work under safe conditions. This certification supports sustainable farming practices, helping to improve the lives of farmers and their communities.

These tote bags are made with 5oz weight cotton and measure approx 37cm x 42cm, with long handles approx 60cm.

Or if you are interested in buying several bags please get in touch and I will create a custom listing for you with accurate shipping costs. Thanks!
