🔹 My order states delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

If your order is missing or if your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but it was not received, you must first contact USPS for more information. You must also contact us via Etsy messaging within 3 business days of notice of delivery. Once you have communicated the issue, we can then assist in opening a case under the Etsy Purchase Protection Program (limited to $250). Items lost in transit can be reshipped for free of charge. Please contact me to report a lost or stuck item. Seller is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase. Seller is not responsible for stolen packages.

🔹 When will my order ship? Do you offer expedited shipping?

• Average production time: 2–6 business days, depending on the item type (excluding holidays & weekends). • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (U.S. only). Most customers receive their order within 4–8 business days from purchase. Orders are shipped using different carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce Expedited, and OnTrac, depending on your shipping address.
