All orders ship from our studio in Salem, Oregon. The current processing time for every order is 3-5 days. These orders will be shipped with USPS which estimates 1-5 days from shipping. Please order accordingly, I cannot guarantee they will arrive sooner than this so if you are needing them quickly please send me a message. I am not responsible for delayed shipping, lost items or stolen packages. I track all of my packages until they reach their destination, and I am not responsible if your package has stated that it's been delivered to your address on file and it has been lost or stolen after that point once shipping is complete. I do not offer refunds, however, if your item is lost in the hands of USPS or damaged while still in the packaging, please message me and we will discuss a solution from there. Due to the nature of USPS and UPS no longer in contract suddenly as of January 2025, there have been several delays in shipping dates with their company being overwhelmed. I recommend ordering with extra time before your event to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, I ship most handmade items out within 24 hours of orders placed.
