How do I use a mockup?

You'll need graphic software like Adobe Photoshop or Photopea to get the most of our high quality mockup file, as most mockups are PSD-files with smart objects. You will also receive a JPG-file that can be used with Canva or any preferred software, but this will not give the most optimal results. Detailed instructions of how to use your mockup will follow with your purchase.

Can I use these mockups for commercial purposes?

Yes, you can use our mockups for your personal and commercial projects. However, you cannot resell or redistribute the mockup files themselves.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your file, please contact us for support.

How will I receive my mockup file?

After purchase, you'll receive a PDF containing a download link to your file(s). No physical product will be shipped.

Can I edit the mockup photo?

Yes, you may make minor adjustments like changes to light and contrast. However, major edits that alter the overall look of the mockup aren’t allowed. If you need a specific change or have any special requests, please contact us for support.

What is a PSD mockup?

A PSD mockup is a Photoshop file that lets you easily place your design onto a product in a realistic way. Our mockups use smart layers, so your design automatically blends with the garment’s natural shadows, textures, and folds—creating an authentic, professional look in just a few clicks.
