Refunds and Exchanges

All our items are made to order so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However we want you to be happy with your purchase from Saddle Song Farm! If there is an issue with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective/wrong item or color), we will happily refund your money or provide an exchange at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the issue. Then return the item to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a fault on our behalf. Please contact us with any concerns about your order. We're happy to help make it right!

Orders Lost inTransit

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, you must contact us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Orders may be considered lost after spending over 10 full business days in transit. If we are able to confirm your order was lost in transit, we will replace your order free of charge. Please let us know! If this happens to you, reach out to us ASAP so we can fix this together. Small businesses rely on good reviews, so please let us make it right before leaving a review. We appreciate your business!

If you have provided an incorrect or insufficient address on your order (determined by the courier), the package may be returned to our facility. The purchaser is responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address has been provided and the package is returned. Once the package is returned to our facility there will be a 7-day window in which the purchaser must order reshipment for their order. Full refunds for orders without a correct address will not be given (the purchaser may qualify for a partial refund). Saddle Song Farm is not responsible for checking address validity for any order.

My package was marked as "Delivered" in tracking, but I can't find the package.

If the courier marks the package as "delivered", but the recipient cannot find the delivered item, Saddle Song Farm may not cover the replacement costs. We will be happy to look into this from our end, but it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the local delivery service (the local post) to try and locate the package. Please let us know! If this happens to you, reach out to us ASAP so we can find a resolution together. Small businesses rely on good reviews, so please let us make it right before leaving a review. ▸Please name each file with the name of the horse if there is more than one horse or write me a note to let me know which name goes with which photo.
▸I will create your line drawing and send it to you for review within 1-3 business days. As soon as I get your approval, it will go to production. Please see the production and shipping times below.

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on all apparel. The ink is printed INTO the fabric, not sitting on top of it for a vintage feel. Colors may vary on your monitor from the colors in person. I do my best to provide accurate photos.
