When will I receive my order?

All products are shipped via La Poste – Colissimo, always with tracking and delivery confirmation. Outside of France, parcels are handled by DPD, USPS, or the national postal service of the destination country. Once the parcel is handed over to the postal service, I’m no longer responsible for delays. Delivery times are typically: • France: 2–5 business days • Europe: 3–10 business days • International: 1–2 weeks Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays) or due to local postal disruptions. All parcels are delivered with signature confirmation. If you are not at home, a notice will be left and your package will be available at your local post office or parcel pick-up point.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged. I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly. I accept claims for shipping-related damage if they are made within 7 days of delivery. Although I pack each item with great care, accidents can happen. To report damage: 1. Photograph the entire box, especially if the outer packaging is damaged. 2. Carefully unpack and photograph the damaged item, including close-ups. 3. Retain the damaged item and packaging until the matter is resolved.

Returns & Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to a change of mind or failure to collect the parcel from the pick-up point, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages may be forwarded to a local pick-up point if the courier cannot deliver to your home. In that case, the courier service will inform you how long and where your package is being held. If a product is returned, you will receive a refund for the item excluding shipping costs, once the item arrives back to me in its original condition. I will notify you when I receive it and process the refund accordingly. Feel free to message me if you have any questions—I always try to help my customers the best I can!

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. I am not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information or parcels stolen/missing after delivery. If a parcel is returned to me due to an address issue, the customer must cover re-shipping costs.

Why do I ask for your phone number when placing an order?

When sending parcels outside France with La Poste, the recipient’s phone number is required. Whether shipping within or outside France, a phone number helps the courier contact you directly in case of any delivery issues.

Will the product I receive be the same as in the listing pictures?

Yes! I take new photos for each listing. However, each piece is handmade, so small variations in shape, size, or color may occur. These differences are part of what makes each item unique and special. I put the same care, attention, and intention into every item I create.

Custom and personalized orders

At the moment, I don’t offer personalized items as part of my regular collection. However, feel free to message me with your idea—if possible, I’ll be happy to accommodate your request!

Wholesale availability

I currently don’t offer wholesale options. I work from a small studio, which limits the volume I can produce. In the future, I hope to expand to a larger space and offer more. For now, I focus on limited collections, which I believe adds to the charm and
