In the event you need to wash or clean your headbands and bowbands, we recommend gently spot cleaning with a little soap and water and letting dry. Machine washing is not recommended.

Our Return and Shipping Refund Policy

We do accept returns, but the refund will only apply to the cost of the item itself. We do not refund the shipping cost on orders. Also, as our Store Policy states, the Buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange.

Are the headbands for adults or children?

Our headbands are one size fits all and for anyone – adults, children, and everyone in between! The headband piece itself is a flexible, non-constricting plastic that won't hurt your head, even after all-day wear. So far, these headbands have been tested on people ages 2 through 85 (and counting!).

Is the bow adjustable on the bowbands?

Yes! We tie the bow on tightly, but you can still easily slide it along the headband body if you want to reposition it. Some people like it more off-center, while others like it directly IN the center – so it's all up to you!
