I do not accept returns or exchanges.All personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged.I will complete your order exactly how you leave the notes for me at checkout. If there is an error, I will first check the notes at checkout with you to determine if it was on my part.If there is an error on my part, like if it was made on the wrong size shirt or the name is misspelled,please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the item and I will correct and remake the item exactly as it was originally ordered.

All garments should be turned wrong side out. Wash on delicate cycle with like color on cold. Hang dry. Iron on the inside of shirt only on cotton setting.Shirts and bodysuits have a soft backing ironed on the inside of the shirt, this is a temporary backing to protect delicate skin. After a few washes the thread and stabilizer will become softer, If the tender touch becomes loose you can either remove or iron back down.

Shirts and Bodysuits are boutique-quality and run true-to-size. They are 100% cotton and very soft. Please keep in mind that cotton will shrink a bit.Please review the sizing chart included in the listing (the girl shirt style has puffy sleeves).All my listings have actual garment measurements on them that can be compared to other items in your closets. Measurements are taken by laying the garment flat and measuring from one underarm seam to the other and from the shoulder seam to the hem.I use mainly Blanks Boutique or occasionally have to supplement with ARB Blanks ,both very quality shirt blanks.If a size is out of stock I will use another boutique quality brand to ensure that you receive your item on time.

What shipping method do you use?

All items are shipped through USPS with a tracking number.Please make sure your address you leave at checkout is complete and correct, as this is the address OwlnightersBoutique will use to ship your order.OwlnightersBoutique cannot be held responsible for shipping to an address that is incorrect for you, but is the one listed when you checkout.If your order is returned to the shop, you are responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to have your order re-shipped.OwlnightersBoutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.It is STRONGLY suggested that you purchase Priority shipping, as this includes insurance in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit.

While the utmost care is taken to represent colors as accurately as possible,I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric or threads due to variances in monitors and screens.I'll be happy to send any additional photos of items if possible. Just send me an Etsy message with your request. All designs are recreated like the first picture in the listing, on the garment style you choose, unless otherwise specified and discussed. Occasionally fabrics and brand of shirts are discontinued or out of stock. In these rare instances, OwlnightersBoutique reserves the right to substitute as necessary.
