Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewellery items either come in a little Kraft envelope or gift box - ready to be given as gifts. If the order is a gift, you can leave a gift message which will be added as a handwritten note to your order free of charge.

All orders are shipped in a letterbox friendly postal box using DHL premium which includes tracking. Please see individual listings for estimated shipping timeframes.

Please note that, once the parcel was handed over to DHL, shipping times are out of my control. If for some reason you have not received your order after 2 weeks (Germany), 4 weeks (EU mainland) or 6 weeks (UK, US, Canada, Australia) please contact me and I will do the best I can to offer help and resolve any issues.

Sterling silver will tarnish with time. To take care of your sterling silver jewellery, wear it often and polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish. If not worn, it is best to store your jewellery away from air (e.g. in a little plastic pouch) and out of direct sunlight. Always put you jewellery on last and avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant. Sea glass can be cleaned with a soft brush and a little dish soap in water. This will remove all oils from it creating a frosted appearance. To bring out the natural hues of the glass, rub over lightly with a little baby or olive oil and buff with a clean, soft cloth.
