Where is the best place to print my digital downloads?

The posters come in high-resolution JPG format, usually at 5000x7000 pixels and 300dpi, ensuring crisp and clear prints even at large sizes. You can print them at home if you have a high-quality printer capable of handling large formats. For the best results, I recommend visiting a local professional printing service where you can get large format prints. Online printing services also provide an easy way to order your prints. I generally suggest Mpix or Shutterfly, as they offer high-quality prints. I have a preference for matte finishes, particularly for framed prints, but it’s ultimately up to your personal preference.

How can I download the prints I've purchased?

First, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you're using Gmail, also check your 'Social' and 'Promotions' tabs. If you still can't find the email, you can access your digital purchases through your Etsy account on a computer or laptop, as mobile downloads are not supported by Etsy at this time. Here’s how: 1. Log in to Etsy.com and navigate to 'Your Account'. 2. Go to 'Purchases and Reviews'. 3. Next to your order, click on 'Download Files'. This will take you to the Downloads page for all files associated with your order. Alternatively, return to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the item's images.

Which license type is appropriate for me?

Selecting a license type depends on your intended use of the graphic assets: Commercial License: Automatically included. This license is suitable if you plan to use the graphics commercially, including for up to 500 end products. It covers the use of graphics in branding elements and web design, assuming the graphic is altered and not the main element. Extended Commercial License: Required for producing over 500 end products, selling on Print on Demand websites (e.g., Zazzle), template sites (e.g., Templett, Corjl, Canva). Can my orders be returned or exchanged?

Yes, you can use my clipart for logos provided that you purchase an extended commercial license.

Can I request changes to the clipart or design?

Changes to existing works are not available, but I am always open to new commercial proposals and collaborations.
