Can I get a template in a different size?

If you need a size change for welcome signs, invitations, games, etc. We'd be happy to re-size any listing for you - please message me about what you would like resized.

Can I send my invitation digitally?

Absolutely! We recommend saving the template file as a PNG in order to send it virtually to your guests in the best format.

What can't I edit with my template?

You will not be able to edit the orientation or size of your templates, however please reach out to me if you have something specific in mind. ⇢Always check full listing details prior to purchasing as some graphics may not be editable

Do I need to download any software?

Nope! All you need to do is sign up for a Free Canva account when you click on your template link (it only takes one minute), and then you're good to go!

When will I receive my template?

You'll get instant access right after you check out!

Do you offer editing services?

Yes! Save time by using our editing service. If you would like us to add your event info to your template for you, please add the 'add on' service to your order and include all of your info in the notes (or send me a message). You will receive the final product, ready to print (or send virtually) within 1-3 days.

Where do you recommend for printing invitations, signs, decor?

I personally used Vistaprint for my wedding invites and I really loved how they turned out! Plus, they're very affordable. Or refer to our online printer partner, Prints of Love (printsoflove.com) who offers fast shipping and good quality prints that range from a variety of items from welcome signs to stickers!

How do I order a custom logo and what is the process like?

1. Share your info (logo style #, color #, name, date, location, file type, or any other text change) requested from the listing in the personalization section prior to checkout. 2. Place your order and a mockup proof will be sent to you within 24-48 hrs for your review (please check your Etsy messages for your mockup proof) 3. Once we have received your approval on your mockup, your final logo will be available for download under your Etsy Purchases > Downloads. If a SVG file is requested, please provide an email to send your file. 4. Download your custom logo :)
