Terms and Conditions – Mysticart0601

1. Products
I sell (a) digital downloads (coloring pages, clipart and similar files) and (b) printed products such as t-shirts and sweatshirts. Printed products are made to order: they are printed, packed and shipped by my production partner Printful after you place your order.

2. Digital downloads and the right of withdrawal
Digital files are delivered by Etsy immediately after payment. By purchasing a digital item you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Digital files are licensed for personal use only; commercial use is allowed only where the listing explicitly says so.

3. Printed products – EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase of a printed product within 14 days of the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the item, without giving any reason. To do so, send me a clear statement (an Etsy message or an email to info@mysticart0601.com) before the 14-day period ends; you may use the model withdrawal form below. Return the item within 14 days of your notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the item. I will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice; I may withhold the refund until I have received the item back or proof that you have sent it. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item (for example worn or washed garments).

4. Misprinted, damaged or defective items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, message me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and I will send a free replacement or refund you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Cancellations
Printed items go into production shortly after purchase. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an item is in production, a cancellation is handled as a withdrawal under section 3 after delivery.

6. Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
