Pressing Instructions:
Every heat press is unique; we recommend using a heat gun for precise temperature and pressure adjustments. **Disclaimer**: We are not responsible for pressing issues caused by inaccurate settings.

DTF Transfer Formula:
- Temperature: 325°F
-Pressure: Heavy pressure at 8-9 PSI.
- Pre-Press: For 7 seconds to eliminate wrinkles and moisture.
- Press: For 20 seconds; let cool before peeling.
-Final Press: Press again for 20 seconds with parchment paper over the design for protection (no need to cool before removing the covering).

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I don’t want someone to go through what I did with this place. I placed a pretty large order, and didn’t receive multiple items. There was an issue with all of my customs, even though before even ordering, I made sure she could do them off the picture I provided that I found on Facebook. After ordering, waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive, and finding I was missing over 30 pieces to my order, I’m informed the customs can in fact not be done. It took multiple messages to attempt to get a refund, and the communication was AWFUL. I was missing 3 non customs which I asked for those to still be sent, because they were supposed to match ones I did receive, but again, no reply. Because of this, I didn’t have any gifts for my family get together. A little communication would have went a long way here.
