Returns and Exchanges

🤍 Since each item is made to order and considered custom, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we will replace an item ASAP if there is a mistake on our end. In such a case, please send us photo proof of the incorrect/damaged item you received. 🤍 In addition, please check your shipping information when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or due to a package refusal, you are responsible for reshipment costs. If an item is returned to us without an agreement, you will not be refunded.

🤍 All Adult Gildan Sweatshirts/Hoodies are unisex sizing. 🤍 Please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size. 🤍 If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a shirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our shirts are measured by laying on a flat surface, and measuring side to side under the armpits. 🤍 Shirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing. 🤍 We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

🤍 Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the item is handed off to the shipping provider, we do not have any control over the shipping time and therefore are not responsible for any delayed shipments. It is the shipping provider’s responsibility to get the package to you. Requests for expedited shipping must be made prior to placing an order. Expedited shipping is not available on all items. Once an item's tracking number is shown as delivered, we have fulfilled our order. If an item shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS for information on how to use the GPS of the tracking number.
