⚜️Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after purchase. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process.

⚜️Do you offer rush processing?

⚜️All orders will be processed in our standard 2-3 business days. If you need it sooner you can send us a message with your request and we will do the best we can to accommodate.

⚜️What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen or return to sender?

⚜️HouseofFabrika is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped? If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

⚜️If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

Beautiful fabric but not worth the money or the effort. My first issue is (I hope) mostly the fault of USPS and Etsy, but I received an email from Etsy and from a 3rd party tracking link from the seller telling me my order was delivered when it wasn’t. The seller was helpful in letting me know that this is because it is considered “delivered” when it makes it to the USPS location before it gets delivered to your home, so I was under the impression that my package was stolen when it was still in transit. When the sample did arrive, it was high quality, but I received a sample of the tiger’s full tail and body, but the front paw and full face were cut off. Maybe it’s my fault for assuming I would receive a sample with the full image, but considering how much I paid for the sample, I’m disappointed in the overall experience.
