CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can, however we will only accept order cancellations upto the point that an order has been dispatched, this timeframe is typically 2-3 business days. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel the order and the customer will need to follow our returns and refund process.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as an order has not yet shipped then you can message us to request a change of shipping address, however once an order has been shipped and dropped to the post office there is no way for us to be able to edit or update a shipping address. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the shipping information provided during the check out process is correct, we will not refund orders that haven't arrived due to incorrect shipping details being provided during the checkout process.

WHAT POSTAGE OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER? WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?

At present we only ship to UK mainland addresses including those in Jersey, Guernsey, The Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. We only use fully trackable postage options which provide proof of delivery. Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Business Days from date of dispatch) at a reducrd cost of £1.55. We also offer the following shipping upgrades: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 Business Day from date dispatch) at a cost of £3.80 and Royal Mail Special Deliver (Before 1PM Next Day from date of dispatch) at a cost of £9.50. These upgrade options can be found during the checkout process. We typically aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 Business days, however these timeframes can increase during busy periods such as Christmas.

HOW MANY EARRINGS WILL I RECEIVE?

Most of our listings are for one pair of earrings unless specifically stated otherwise in the items description, by selecting 1 in the quantity box you are purchasing one pair of earrings, selecting 2 in the quantity box you are purchasing two pairs of earrings. If more pairs have been ordered than required then as long as the hygiene seal is still intact the the customer can return the unwanted pairs to us by following our returns and refund process.

WHAT EAR WIRES DO YOU USE?

We use 0.6mm 22 Guage stainless steel ear wires as a standard across all of our quirky drop earrings,however we can also create the majority of our earrings with gold coloured stainless steel ear wires too at no additional cost, please message us for more information.

DO YOU OFFER HYPOALLERGENIC EARRING WIRES? CAN YOU MAKE YOUR EARRINGS AS CLIP ONS?

Yes we offer hypoallergenic ear wires, we know that everyone is different and everyone has varying sensitivities, keeping this in mind we offer Stirling silver ear wires as an alternative to the stainless steel ear wires we use as standard when creating our quirky earrings. Stirling silver earring wires are an additional cost to the buyer and may add a couple extra days onto the dispatch time, please message us for more information. Yes we are able to create the majority of our quirky earrings as clip-on earrings at no additional cost. To check and see whether the style you want can be created as clip-ons scroll down the product page and click on the style drop down box. If clip-on options are listed then they can be created as clip-ons.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

Use a jewelry cleaning cloth, gentle jewelry cleaner or mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Avoid wearing the earrings when applying perfumes and hairspray. Remove your earrings when showering or going into the pool/water. Tarnishing is a natural reaction of some metals to air and chemicals, regular cleaning and proper storage can help minimize this. Store earrings in a cool, dry place.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes we accept order returns. Earrings must be in their original packaging, unopened with the hygiene seal still intact. To initiate a return please message us within 14days of your order being delivered notifying us that you will be returning your order. The order needs to be received back to us within 14days of you notifying us of your return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we ask that earrings are returned in adequate packaging that will ensure they are not damaged in transit back to us. We recommend using a tracked service which provides proof of postage as any returns not received back to us cannot be refunded. Once we can can confirm the earrings are unopen and unworn a refund will be issued excluding P&P.

IVE HAD A REACTION TO THE EARRINGS, I CANT WEAR THEM CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

No, Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions which may occur with our standard silver and gold coloured stainless steel earring hooks due to the varying sensitivities of individuals. Once the hygiene seal has been broken on the earring packaging we will not accept refund requests due to hygiene reasons. If Hypoallergenic alternatives have been requested and purchased and a reaction has occurred with those then please message us.

I CANNOT GET THE EAR WIRED THROUGH MY PIERCING HOLE SO I CANT WEAR THEM CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

No, we are not responsible for our earrings not fitting due to the piercing hole being too small as this is a matter of individual ear anatomy and piercing care. Piercing sizes can vary significantly so it is impossible for us to cater to every possible size therefore we use a standard 0.6mm /22guage ear wire. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the earrings they purchase are compatible with their ear piercings so we kindly ask you to read the product listing and be certain before making a purchase as once the hygiene seal has been broken on the earring packagig we will not accept refund requests due to hygiene reasons.

Earring Style
These earrings can be created using either Silver coloured stainless steel french hooks and eyelets or Gold coloured stainless steel french hooks and eyelets. Please make your selection from the drop down menu option. Images of the jewellery findings which we use to create our earrings can be found in the product photographs.

Each pair of our earrings have been lovingly made and may vary slightly in colour, pattern and size to the displayed image.

Dispatch and Delivery.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be created, packaged and dispatched, this includes orders placed using shipping upgrades.

Unless a larger order we package our earrings in recyclable, letterbox friendly packaging so they can be popped through your letterbox with your regular post.

Our standard shipping option is Tracked 48 which we offer at the reduced cost of £1.55, this shipping option aims to deliver within two business days and provides the customer with full tracking information to check the status of your order. We also offer Tracked 24 and Special Delivery as shipping upgrade options which can be found during the checkout process.

Please be aware that the delivery timeframes displayed on our shop are generated by Etsy and are an estimation and NOT a guarantee. Unfortunately delays within the Royal Mail network are common and can impact on delivery timeframes, especially during busy periods. This is something which is beyond our control.
