🇺🇸For US Customers: Due to our warehouse policy, if an order is returned to sender due to it being unclaimed, incorrect address and any other reason, you may opt for one of the following: Reship the order (Customer is responsible for reshipment fees) Refund the order: A refund minus a $20 restocking fee charged by the warehouse and the original shipping fees -- For other customers: If your package is returned to us, we can either help you reship it (customer is responsible for reshipment fees), or issue a refund minus the shipping and a 10% restocking fee. If your package was shipped because it qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your order total before refund.

Please ensure you check your mailbox regularly. Signature is required for certain destinations/shipping methods, and if you are not in at the time of delivery, you will be notified by your local post office to pick up your mail or reschedule a delivery (depending on the services your post office provides). Please ensure to do so ASAP, as post offices only hold mail for 2-3 weeks before marking it as unclaimed and returning it to the sender. For returned orders, Customer may choose to have the order reshipped (Customer is responsible for reshipment fees), or may choose to have the order refunded minus original shipping costs & the 10% restocking fee.
