Can I combine international postage costs if I am ordering multiple items?

Yes! Postage is determined by weight, which Etsy cannot accurately calculate on multiple items. For international shoppers, please proceed with your purchase. Each additional item will add £1.49 to the postage cost. I will calculate the final charge and any overages for P&P will be refunded back to you before your order is dispatched.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Prints are packaged in OPP recyclable cello bags and posted in recyclable board backed envelopes to ensure they arrive in the best condition. At this time, separate gift wrapping is not available. Gift messages are handwritten on a notecard. Please note that gift messages will be written exactly as provided, so please check carefully before ordering. Invoices are not provided but for any international orders, prices must be included on customs information as a legal requirement.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom order enquiries are welcome for any print ideas you see on my shop. Get in touch if you have a request for specific Simpsons scene, typographical print or illustration.

Is there a tracking number for my UK order?

The standard postage option for UK orders does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your postage upon checkout to receive a tracking number. *If a package is lost in transit and tracked shipping has not been selected, the item will not be replaced for free and a refund will not be provided* *It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an address with a secure place for your order to be delivered to. If your tracking shows the order has reached the address provided, but you haven't received it, you should contact your local postal service for help. A refund will not be provided.*

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have entered an incorrect address and already checked out, please notify me immediately via Etsy message and I will be able to update the delivery details for you. Once an order is marked as dispatched, it cannot be intercepted and the delivery route is out of my hands. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, a refund will not be provided.

Can you recommend a frame for my Simpsons print?

This listing is for four 10cm square embroidered cocktail coasters made from an off-white durable cotton and burgundy coloured stitching.

Every coaster is made to order, machine stitched and carefully finished by hand by me, so please allow up to a week for your order to be fulfilled during busy seasonal gifting periods (feel free to message me to check current processing times).

Care instructions: cool hand wash and dry flat. Machine washing is not recommended.

If you would like a different colour instead of the one pictured, please message me to ask and I will see what I can do :)
