Regarding Possible Conditions Upon Receiving Your Sword

Protective Oil If the sword appears slightly dirty upon arrival, please don’t be concerned. This is simply a thin layer of protective oil applied after it was finished. Gently wipe the blade with a soft cloth to remove any excess oil. For routine maintenance, please refer to the Sword Maintenance Guide. Wood Shavings in the Scabbard It’s normal to find small wood shavings inside the scabbard. Because the scabbard is made of wood, drawing the blade may bring out fine wooden particles. These will decrease over time. We recommend wiping the blade clean after each use. Generally, after several draws, the wood shavings will naturally diminish, so there’s no need to worry.

Sword Maintenance Guide

1.Keep the Blade Clean Avoid direct finger contact to prevent rust. Wipe away fingerprints immediately and remove any moisture after each use. 2.Regular Oiling Every 2–3 months, apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil. Mineral oil, sword oil, or olive oil can be used. Wipe off any excess oil to avoid dust buildup. 3.Proper Storage Store the sword in a dry environment. Prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to corrosion. Important Notes Do not use water or a wet cloth on the blade. Handle sharpened swords with extra care to avoid injury.

We are a team of two close friends with a shared passion for swordcraft and creativity. As a fan of anime, video games, and cosplay, and a sword designer based in Japan, I take pride in designing replicas from both Eastern and Western games, anime, and movies. In addition to replicas, I also create original Eastern sword designs.

Our swords are meticulously handcrafted in Longquan, China, by my childhood friend and trusted collaborator, who has over 10 years of experience as a swordsmith. He was trained under a master of traditional Longquan sword-making, a craft recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage in China.
