Alison is so lovely, I cannot fault her customer service or the quality of the headpiece. I am absolutely thrilled with it and cannot wait to wear it. Fabulous hat and beautifully made!! Alison colour matched and made the hat at very very short notice and kept me posted on its progress. The hat arrived packed beautifully in a very nice hat box in time for Royal Ascot. Wouldn’t hesitate to have another made. Thank you x
