Absolutely. Every MYAN garment can be personalized to reflect your vision. We can customize details such as the neckline, sleeves, silhouette, proportions, train length, back design, fabrics, colors, embroidery, embellishments and finishing details. Because every project is unique, any additional cost depends on the scope of the customization. We'll carefully review your request and confirm all details with you before production begins. Whether you have inspiration photos or simply an idea, we'd be delighted to refine it together and create something uniquely yours.

2. Can you create a completely custom design?

Yes. Many of our clients begin with inspiration photos, sketches or simply an idea. During our one-on-one consultation, we'll refine every detail before creating an individual pattern drafted exclusively for you. Whether you'd like to adapt one of our designs or create something entirely new, we're here to guide you through the entire process.

3. How do I choose the right size?

We offer three sizing options to suit your preference, with our made-to-measure service recommended for the most accurate fit. Made-to-Measure (Recommended, at no additional cost): Simply provide your bust, waist, hips, height and weight. We'll guide you through the process and review everything before creating your individual pattern. Standard Size: Select your size from our size chart. We also recommend sharing your height and weight to help us confirm the best fit. Garment Measurements: Measure a well-fitting garment you already own, and we'll use those measurements as a reference. No matter which option you choose, every order is personally reviewed before production to ensure the best possible fit.

4. I've never taken body measurements before. Will you help me?

Of course. We'll guide you through every measurement with a simple step-by-step guide, complete with illustrations. If you'd like extra reassurance, you're also welcome to send us photos or a short video while measuring, and we'll gladly review everything before production begins.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Production: Each garment is handcrafted according to our atelier's production schedule, so production time varies depending on the design and level of customization. Please refer to the estimated processing time shown on each listing. Shipping: We offer free standard worldwide shipping (estimated 8–15 business days, depending on the destination). Express shipping (3–5 business days) is also available for an additional fee. If you have a specific event date, please let us know before ordering. We'll recommend the most suitable production and shipping timeline for your order, and discuss priority production whenever possible.

6. Do you accept rush orders?

Whenever possible, yes. If you're working with a shorter timeline, please contact us before placing your order. We'll review our production schedule and let you know whether priority production is available.

7. What happens after I place my order?

Every order is personally reviewed before production begins. Depending on your design, we may confirm measurements, customization details, fabrics or other important information to ensure everything is exactly as intended before crafting your garment. Throughout the process, we're always here to answer your questions and keep you informed whenever needed.

8. What if my garment needs minor alterations after delivery?

Because every garment is individually made, minor local alterations may occasionally be needed. If you experience any fit concerns, simply contact us with photos and details. We'll carefully review your order and recommend the most suitable solution. For eligible cases, we're happy to contribute toward local alteration costs.

9. What is your return policy?

Every MYAN garment is individually made-to-order or made-to-measure and is considered a final sale. If a manufacturing issue is confirmed on our part, we'll gladly work with you to arrange the most appropriate solution, whether that's a repair, remake or refund, depending on the situation.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once design consultation, customization or production has begun, we're unable to accept cancellations, as every garment is created specifically for you
