First and foremost, this seller is not in Georgia. My package sat in Jamaica New York for about 3 weeks, possibly awaiting customs. The return address is for PacTrans Distribution, so I’m pretty certain this was bulk created and shipped from Asia. This was meant to be a Christmas present, so I ordered it around Thanksgiving. At that time the estimated delivery window was 12/3-12/8. I had no concerns until I noticed that every other item ordered that same day had shipped or at least the seller had reached out to say it was in production. I reached out 12/9 and asked if it was in production as I knew it was a custom made item. They said yes and to “have patience”. Today is 12/30 and it just delivered. The listing didn’t mention that assembly would be required, but tools were included. The directions were only in Spanish.
