Does it always have to say ‘Widgetsmith’ underneath the widget photos when I use the free Widgetsmith app?

Yes, that is something we don’t have control over.

I made a purchase as a Guest on Etsy. Where do I access the files? Going to ‘Purchases & reviews’ won’t work because I don’t have an Etsy account.

Please check your emails - there should be an email from Etsy (transaction@etsy.com) - this is the only way you can access your purchase.

I went to the https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases on my iPhone but it's blank. I can't see my order on the Etsy app. Where's my order?

If you're on your iPhone: please ensure you are using Safari to download your files. (Not Chrome and not the Etsy app). If you have an Etsy account, please check your emails and junk/spam mail for an email from Etsy (transaction@etsy.com). You will see the link with the files ready to download. If you are a Guest on Etsy, please check the email you used for your purchase. There will be a message from transaction@etsy.com where a link to download files will be included.

How do I unzip the .zip folder that's in my order?

You can download the files through your iPhone using the Safari app and unzip the .zip folder in the Files app by tapping it. If you're on a desktop, you can unzip the folder containing the app icons by double-clicking the zipped folder to open it. After unzipping the folder, you can Airdrop the images to your iPhone for use. This is the highly recommended way of doing this.

What should I do with my original/standard-looking apps?

I suggest moving them to the App Library (last page of your home screen) so your home screen is kept aesthetically-pleasing! Do this by pressing and holding the home screen -> tapping the minus sign on the top—left of the app you want to hide -> and selecting ‘Move to App Library’.
