Custom and personalized orders

Some items in our shop are marked as custom or personalized, and those listings can be made to your specifications. If you’d like a small tweak to a design that isn’t marked as custom (such as a layout adjustment), feel free to message us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Please measure fit before purchase. We include detailed sizing measurements in every listing. Planner and binder sizing vary by brands (LV, Filofax, Moterm, Happy Planner, etc.). If you’re unsure about the correct size, please message us — We're happy to help you pick the correct fit before ordering.

Current processing times will always be listed and updated regularly in the shop announcement located in the top of our Etsy homepage right under the banner. Note: Processing time refers to how long it takes us to make and pack your order — not the shipping transit time.

Shipping, Tracking & Insurance

We currently ship only within the USA. All orders include up to $100 USPS shipping insurance at no extra cost. Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for delivery. If you have any issues or questions regarding tracking, contact your local post office or the USPS webiste: usps.com

Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellations only accepted if the order hasn't shipped yet. No cancellations after an order has shipped. Because we often ship quickly, please message us as soon as possible if you need to update your order. Some listings use the personalization box for size confirmation only. This does not mean the item is open for personalization unless explicitly stated in the listing. If there is an issue with sizing or order details, we will always message you before shipping. If we do not receive a response by the day the order is scheduled to ship, the order may be canceled to prevent incorrect fulfillment.

Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements

Returns and exchanges are not accepted since all items are handmade, curated, and/or made to order. Digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased. If an error appears to be on our end, please send a message and we will help resolve it. Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for delivery. All orders are insured up to $100. If there’s an issue with shipping, please look into the tracking status, contact your local post office or the USPS website: usps.com.

Many items in the shop are handmade, so small variations in cut, lamination, or finish may occur. We also offer curated items from trusted manufacturers, all selected for quality and aesthetics.

Care Instructions – Laminated Items

Glossy Lamination: • Safe for all markers: Sharpie, dry-erase, and wet-erase markers. • Clean with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. Matte Lamination: • Use wet-erase markers, clean with damp cloth or cotton round. • Rubbing alcohol may be used occasionally for deep cleaning, but can damage the finish if used often. • Leaving markings on for long periods will leave light staining behind. • Sharpie or dry-erase markers will not come off matte lamination.

Care Instructions – Planners & PVC Inserts

Vegan Leather Planners or Binders: • Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth • For deeper cleaning, use mild soap + water • Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, and acetone • Keep away from prolonged sunlight to prevent fading Clear PVC Envelopes or Pocket Inserts: • Wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap + water • Rubbing alcohol maybe used for deep cleaning. • Store flat to prevent warping. • Keep away from prolonged sunlight or other heat sources to prevent warping.

Never. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information. Your details are used only to process and ship your order or to communicate with you about your purchase.

- Approx. size: 3" x 6" (fits in an A6/personal envelope)

- Mark off dollar amounts as you save.
- Use matte laminated trackers with water-based markers only (like Expo wet erase). Clean with water to reuse.
- Use glossy laminated trackers with water or alcohol-based markers. Clean with alcohol/nail polish remover/magic eraser to reuse.
