Do you take custom orders?

Certainly! Every keychain and plush is able to be customized. Whether this is color (even those outside the drop-down box), wanting a name embroidered, you name it, I am always open to doing my best to ensure I can create what you had in mind! You can either message me directly prior to purchase, or you may utilize the 'custom' box in the drop-down menu and input your request there.

How long does processing and shipment take?

I do not keep a stock of each keychain due to the nature of their customizability, so each keychain and plush is handcrafted per order. This can take 2-5 days, with most orders/batches shipping out on Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed on Thurs. or Fri. are typically sent out the following Monday! Rest assured, your item will make it to you within the estimate Etsy provides. If you have an urgent or timely request, such as a gift, please let me know either through message or the personalization box, and I will expedite your order if I have the bandwidth to do so.
