Do we offer Rush Production or Rush Shipping?

We currently do not offer rush production, as these are custom orders. We have chosen the fastest shipping option for each product.

What if my product is delayed or lost in transit?

Delayed: Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, delayed packages are out of our control. If a package is delayed, Touch Of Glam Gifts will update you on it's estimated delivery time. If the package is delayed, due to our printing partner, we will update you on the estimated time frame for the new delivery date. Lost: If a tracked package is lost by the shipping carrier, Touch Of Glam Gifts will submit a "lost package" filing, and many times this will result in the carrier locating the lost package. If the package is still not located, Touch Of Glam Gifts will message inquiring if you would like a re-order to ship out or refund.

What if my product is stolen?

Stolen Packages: Once the tracking shows delivered, Touch Of Glam Gifts is not responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure the shipping address is a secure location. Sometimes the shipping carrier will mark the package as "delivered" and the package shows up 2-3 days later. Touch of Glam Gifts will contact the shipping company to confirm delivery. If the package still does not show up, please contact your neighbors and local post office to inquire about package. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain (from tracking number) the last scanned location and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if the product is returned to sender/seller after it's shipped?

If the shipment is returned to the sender/seller for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do we accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers, however due to the personalization of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any requests with us specifically before you order, through Etsy message conversation. We only know about a preference or request if you specify through messages. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

What to do if package damaged in shipment or mistake with item?

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If there's a problem with your item, please send us good pictures (through Etsy messages) within 7 days of tracking delivery and we'll check it out. If there is damage in shipping or a mistake on our part, take pictures of the shipping container and the item, as post office and printing partner will request this upon a request. Do Not Throw The Item Away. Send the pictures through messages to Touch Of Glam Gifts and we will submit the pictures for a claim for you. If the mistake was on our end, or package damaged through shipping, we will offer a re-order or a refund.

What's the 1 year warranty on the luggage? (within 30 days of tracking delivery)

1 year Warranty: (within 30 days of tracking delivery) We individually inspect each piece of luggage to ensure that there are no defects in materials or workmanship. Please inspect your luggage upon tracking delivery. Should you find a defect, within 30 days of tracking delivery, Etsy message us & provide close pictures of defect & front & back pictures of your suitcase. This 1 year luggage warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consequential damages, nor repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by public carriers i.e. airlines. If your luggage is damaged by carriers while in transit, you must claim with the transit carrier concerned immediately.

1 year Luggage Warranty: 30 days after tracking delivery, If luggage has a defect, please message us to determine if a defect exists. If a defect becomes apparent during warranty period TouchOfGlamGifts will, repair or replace with the same or similar style of equal value. You must pay shipping costs to return the luggage. A Return Shipping Address will be provided. Please use tracking or shipping insurance. TouchOfGlamGifts is not responsible for returned product that is lost in mail. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consequential damages, nor repairs made by unauthorized personnel, nor damage caused by public carriers i.e. airlines. If luggage is damaged by carriers, please file claim with carrier immediately.

When will my order process? Will the colors be exact?

Most orders will be customized and created within one hour of ordering. If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer any questions. Please message me before you place the order, as orders get sent to our printing partner within one hour of ordering a custom item. Some colors on products might appear different on your computer screen. We try to get the exact color of the item for our pictures, but some screens will show differently.
