I bought this item In march for my 50th birthday in April. I received it may 17. The seller shipped it and it supposedly sent me messages for DHL to pay tariff fees that I never saw. Seller said she’d mail it to me again if I sent her money for shipping on PayPal. I did 45euros. However, in the purchase price it says I paid $55.11 in shipping fees. Then I received an email from dhl to pay $28 more to receive the item. Also I messaged her weeks ago regarding resending the item. She said oh the previous item receded so i had to make you a new one (rationale for waiting 3 weeks to ship the item). The item is gorgeous. I just think the shipping fees/tariff fees should be listed in the price and if you are going to delay shipping something let the buyer know. Sometimes we are ordering a special item for a special event.
