I got a white mug and there were black stains or chips out of mug on the inside even after I washed it. It’s a gift so not really happy giving it to the person with black marks on the inside of the cup. The words and flowers are blurry and the “love grows here” is super small and not very legible. Customer service was great in terms of keeping me updated with shipping information, just wish the product was better considering the price I paid. *update* She fixed the cup right away and shipped me a new one at no cost. So thankful.
