Reviews for this item
It looks beautiful in my accent chair, thank you so much 😊
Terrible!!!!! Not at all what I ordered! I ordered 18x18 and they sent me a 20x20 cover. On top of that they had the audacity to tell me that it will look good with a feather 20x20 insert😡well that’s what you gave me anyway ! I also thought it was a leather material (Ostrich) maybe 🤔 The material looks shady as hell and just horrible. I payed about $80 for this crap!! Looks like something our grandparents had back in the days. This is what you call a rip off everyone. Do not order this crap, you’ve been warned!
Response from Dee
Hi LaTosha, I hear your concerns about your order which is why I always encourage all buyers to request a FREE swatch sample to see the color and fabric material before placing an order. This helps ensure you're happy with your choice. The fabric you selected is a high-end quality fabric, and I can assure you it's not 'shady” and I don’t use that sort of material to make pillow covers. I did create the 18x18 pillow cover as ordered, and my recommendation for a 20x20 insert was simply a suggestion for achieving a fuller look, as pillow inserts are not included. I’m not sure how you thought the fabric was a Leather material because leather was never mentioned in the product details for this item.
