How long until I receive my mug purchase?

Production from initial order takes 3-4 days and shipping 3-5 days so between 6-9 days. We can hardly wait either for you to enjoy your first cup of coffee, tea or maybe hot soup in your new mug!

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, broken or with a print issue?
