Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we offer both custom sizing and personalized orders. Most of our cuffs, collars, and bondage accessories can be customized with laser engraving, special leather colors, and hardware options. We also offer several engraving fonts to help you create a piece that feels uniquely yours. Please contact me if you’d like to discuss customization or special requests.

To ensure your Lulexy pieces maintain their quality we recommend wiping them gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use. When not in use, carefully store the pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Periodically condition the leather using leather balm to preserve suppleness. Avoid harsh cleaners, water exposure and bending when wet.

Our size chart is included in the product images for each relevant item. If you're unsure which size to choose or need a custom fit, please contact me with your measruments and I'll be happy to help.

Hypoallergentic Hardware

Our standard hardware includes durable nickle-plated buckles, rivets, D-rings etc. If you preffer hypoallergenic option, we can offer solid brass option at an extra charge. Please reach out for availability and pricing details.

Sustainability and eco-friendly materials

Majority of our leather pieces are made from full-grain Italian vegetable-tanned lether. This traditional tanning process uses natural materials such as tree bark, roots and leaves to create rich earthy tones and the signature scent of genuine leather. Using plant-based tannins makes the tanning process gentler on environment compared to harsh chemicals commonly used in leather production.
